REcampus Course Access
Following initial purchase of the course, you will be able to start the online course at any time during the period allowed by your regulatory agency. Please refer to your enrollment confirmation letter for course availability or contact your school for additional information.
REcampus Course Extension
Your course access period begins from the date of purchase. Access length is typically determined by state regulations, but please refer to your Online Access email for additional information. Your course access end date is also listed online; it is located on the Select an Enrollment page of your course under the course title.
If you experience a hardship situation and are not able to complete your course, you may request an extension from your school of purchase. If an extension is allowed in your state, your situation will be reviewed by an authorized party at the school.
If your school authorizes an extension, the school then notifies the REcampus Technical Support team to implement the extension where appropriate. Student requests sent directly to the REcampus Technical Support Team will not be accepted.
All extension requests will be reviewed and processed within two business days. The school will receive an email notifying them that the extension has been processed
Please note that no course may be accessed for a period longer than 18 months from the original purchase date.
REcampus Refund Policy
Partner schools set their own refund policies; please contact your school for additional information. Dearborn will not grant any refunds for any expired courses or courses past the original expiration date.
Physical Product Return/Refund/Cancellation Policies
You must contact your school for a refund authorization. If the school authorizes a refund, they will forward that authorization to our technical support department. The box the materials are returned in must be postmarked within 90 days of receipt of the order. Please return the materials, along with the packing slip and/or a copy of the original invoice to:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30-45 business days after the return is received and processed.
Returns/Refunds for eBooks
To request a refund for an eBook, please contact your school for a refund authorization. Your school will submit the refund request to the Dearborn Technical Support team. Dearborn’s return policy for eBooks is the following:
1 – For any codes that have NOT been redeemed, a full refund will be provided if processed within 30 days of the purchase.
2 – For any redeemed codes, a refund can be processed within seven days of purchase. Please note: a 5% admin fee will be charged for any redeemed codes.
All materials are shipped as promptly as possible based on product availability, usually within 1 business day after receipt of order and payment processing. Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground unless otherwise instructed. For an additional fee, we will ship materials by Next-Day or 2nd Day service. Next-Day and 2nd Day order requests must be received by 1:00 pm Eastern time to be delivered the following business day.
